How much are the classes?
Our termly or half termly block bookings are able to be booked once a term has started. It will not appear on the booking system so please email whizzyteam@whizzywonders.co.uk to find out more information. Block bookings guarantee your space each week in class, brings the class cost down and saves you remembering to book!
Termly block bookings are £12 per class for toddlers and £11 per class for babies
Half termly block bookings are £13 per class for toddlers and £12 per class for babies
Pay-as-you-go classes are £14.50 per class for toddlers and £13.50 per class for babies
Trial class We offer a half price trial session which can only be used once and must be on a single pay-as-you-go class. All you need to do is enter the word TRIAL into the coupon code when booking
Sibling discount When booking a block booking please enter the code SIBLING into the coupon code to receive £10 off one of the bookings. When booking a pay-as-you-go class please enter the code PAYG TWINS to receive one booking half price. Please note you will need to make 2 separate bookings for each child
Are the classes pay-as-you-go or block bookings?
We offer both to give maximum flexibility to parents.
However, to ensure that you don’t miss out, we do also offer a limited number of block booking spaces – please speak to your class leader for more details. This secures a place for your little Whizzy for the block booking period and will save you from booking online each week.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. Parents always need to book their child onto a class in advance. You can book onto a class here.
Are there any booking instructions?
Booking onto a class is very simple - just select the location, time and enter your name, child’s name and email address, and you will then receive confirmation that you have secured a place on the class.
Extra information on the booking system
If you wish to book more than one child there is a quantity tab for you to select more than one place.
If the calendar within the booking system displays ‘no appointments available’ this means that the class is fully booked and you will need to add yourself to the reserve list.
If you need to cancel a class you can use the link on your email confirmation. We do ask for cancellations to be before 8am at the latest on the day of the class as this means we can offer the space up to anybody waiting on the reserve list. We cannot reschedule class cancellations if they are made after 8am on the morning of the class.
If you are on the reserve list, you will receive an email if somebody cancels informing you that there is a space. It is then first come first served to book onto the original class using the booking system.
Are there any times when classes do not run?
Whizzy Wonders classes run during term-time and within some school holidays….we know how important it is to keep little ones busy! Classes do not run over Christmas and there may be some other instances where classes are not held, but your class leader will make sure you’re aware of these.
